Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This includes issues such as loose stones or structural failures that are not the result of normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear, such as scratches or tarnishing. It also does not cover loss of stones unless the loss is due to a manufacturing defect.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at concierge@calaveranewyork.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process of returning the item for inspection.
