How to Measure Ring Size

You can easily measure your ring size at home using common materials like string, yarn, dental floss, or a thin strip of paper.

What you'll need:

Measure your finger at the end of the day, when it is at its largest.
Avoid measuring your finger when your hands are cold or hot, as temperature can affect size.
Keep in mind that your left and right hands may differ slightly in size.
Make sure the selected size allows the ring to slide comfortably over the knuckle and along the entire length of the finger without being too tight.

Wrap the string or paper snugly around the base of your finger.

Mark the exact spot where the end of the string or paper meets itself.

Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters to find your finger circumference.
